Bug is One!

Febuary 28th was an emotional day for this mommy. My beautiful baby girl turned one. Jake was so excited this morning he could hardly stand it. He had wrapped her presents the day before. It was like Christmas all over again. Both of them walked out and started squealing when they saw the balloons and presents out in the kitchen. Dad stayed home long enough to open presents this morning and it was so much fun. We then went to her favorite place and had her favorite lunch. Grandma and Grandads, grapes and chicken nuggets and mandarin oranges. She had been such an amazing baby and joy in my life. I thank my heavenly father for every minute with these kids! I rocked her for her nap and couldn't help remembering the first day I got to hold her. It is simply just heaven on earth to be next to her and hold her. Now she is tearing up the house, walking, and giggling when she gets in trouble. She loves her brother ans puts up with his smothering. I defiantly know these two were supposed to be here together. We ended her birthday with being spoiled be Brent's Aunt Mary and Uncle Kent by going out to dinner with Auntie Kelly. (whom she shares a birthday with) It was such a fun day and one for the memory books!

Christmas and New Years 2009

I am so excited I finally got this put together. We had a great Christmas. We went to Brent's families home in Salmon, Idaho. The kids defiantly got spoiled with all their fun Aunts and loved every minute. The boys spent most of the time building things with Jake's new Lego's and Eva entertained all of us. I couldn't believe there was no snow, so we had to go play in the snow for New Years Day when we got home to Utah. We played with all the cousins at Grandma and Granddad's house. The kids got dragged around behind the four wheelers in Grandads new toboggan. On New Years eve we went with Grandma to see "Princess and the Frog", which is now one of my very favorites! It was Eva's first big movie, she didn't do so well.

Christmas Activities

Jake did awesome at his school program. I love how he wears his Santa hat. It's because his dad told him once it looked really cute, so ever since then that's the only way he wears his hats. Grandma and cousin Hanna fought the snow storm and were lucky to make it to see him.

Thanks to all our sweet neighbors for the yummy and cute treats!
Dressing up and dressing down for Christmas!

I did a purse and jewelry party just before Christmas. Eva couldn't be more excited about anything. She was in heaven!

Black Family Christmas

I am so far behind on blogging, (I had to find time to figure out picture downloading) I decided to start at the begining. This is at the Black Family Christmas party. We were sad my brother wasn't able to make it home from training to be with us. Dang the snow storms! That didn't stop the craziness from happening though. We had a yummy dinner and opened gifts from our secret freinds and enjoyed all the kids.

I love these people so much, there is not a day that goes by that I don't thank my Heavenly Father for my greatest blessings!
