Four Months Old Already?
Cedar Fort
Look out! Jake's gott a gun!
My cutest neices!
four, four year olds, cheesing it!
I wonder if he sat this still at real school?
My Uncle Roger and his family invited us all to go to a reenactment up in Cedar Fort. Mom and Dad cooked us an amazing breakfast, then we headed out. We had so much fun and learned a whole lot. We played old games, Jake shot a black powder gun, ate pickles on a stick, dressed up in old soldier uniforms, etc, etc. I asked the kids favorite part, and they said the old school house. They got to ring the old bell and we sat in the desks and played school. We all had such a blast. I'm so grateful for the soldiers and pioneers who did and sacrificed so much so we could be in better places and have all the conveniences we have today!

Jakes first riding lesson.
My Mom and Dads awesome neighbor Blaine came over to their house the other day. We were there loading the four wheelers for the boys to go camping. Jake loves his horse, Iceman, and was fallowing him around. He put him on it and gave him his first riding lessons. He taught him all of the commands and Iceman actually obeyed Jake's every command. Jake loved that. I was a little scared, but I figure I should just get over my fear so my kids can enjoy it. Horses aren't really my thing. Jake sure loved every minute of it though!

Bubble Blowing!
Eva has a favorite thing to do now, blowing bubbles. It gets a little messy, but she is dang cute so it's not to bad. She is already so talented! If there was a contest to see how many bubbles on top of bubbles you could blow, Eva would defiantly win.

Happy Mother's Day to me!
My sweet babies
What a wonderful Mothers Day! Saturday we had a brunch at mom's and the boys worked on the yard. Sunday, my mother-in- law came in town and my amazing sister-in-laws came over and made us dinner and cleaned it up. (aren't they great!) Jake gave me the cutest picture he had made at school and Eva rolled over for the first time! It was great day!

Blanding!
So we finally made it to Blanding. We have been trying to go every weekend since Eva was born to get down to see my Grandma and we finally did it this last weekend. We had a wonderful time. We stopped in Moab on the way and found the Music park that I always attempt to find when we stop in Moab and always fail. So I was pretty excited. They have tonz of fun outdoor instruments, Jake loved it! We borrowed Dad's four wheeler so the boys could go play in the dirt while Eva and I hugged on Grandma Great.
Grandma Ardie, Aunt Naida, Aunt Evelyn, and Aunt Lelia (not in picture) Eva finally gets to meet her Granmda Great and her Great Aunts.
We love you Grandma!
Jake and Dad's Haircut
Jake wasn't so thrilled with his haircut to begin with. He threw a huge fit for my cute friend Kim who cuts our hair. Brent got this cut also. We thought that might help the process for Jake if they went together. Still it was a nail biting experience. But he (and hopefully Kim) has recovered. The boys look great with their new hairdos!
Smile Jake!
